吉歐是《空洞騎士》中聖巢王國的流通貨幣。
「這些已經變成化石的蟲子外殼實際上是這一帶的流通貨幣。甚至連收費機也接受這種貨幣！
當瘟疫快速吞噬了聖巢的蟲子時，很多軀殼和其他生物的殼裏很可能還存有他們原本攜帶的吉歐。
我不是在鼓勵暴力，但對於這些逝者來說，他們要還留着吉歐可就太浪費了。」[1]

寶箱
裝有不同數量吉歐的寶箱；裏面偶爾裝了護符。
《漫遊者日誌》中也有關於寶箱的描述：「那些比較富裕的蟲子會把他們的現金存在華麗寶箱中……不過就當下的形勢來看，它們現在也沒什麼用了。」[2]
吉歐堆
聖巢各處的吉歐堆，每次擊打都會掉落吉歐。其中王國邊緣的巨大吉歐堆會掉落 420 吉歐。
《漫遊者日誌》中也有相關記載：「吉歐是在聖巢洞穴里自然形成的化石；你經常可以在岩石表面上發現這些一塊塊凸起的殼狀化石。」[3]
