Reach High是遊戲《第五人格》二十九賽季精華一和活動「星光角逐」的主題曲。
簡介
這個精華的靈感來源，是在不同光線下會顯現出截然不同色彩的磷光礦石。 精華故事中的主人公們出生在一個特殊的礦洞裡，這個礦洞裡有異於外界的光照環境，以及五光十色的磷光礦石，他們祖祖輩輩靠開採礦石為生，這些礦石曾經給他們的先祖帶來財富，但同時也給他們帶來了詛咒，遺傳性的基因缺陷和長期的礦洞生活，讓他們對光線極度敏感，同時部分人身上的皮膚會發出一種淡淡的光暈，人們把這種病徵叫做磷光症，根據病灶不同，人們以對應的礦石為他們命名，磷光症會腐蝕軀幹，先是皮膚，然後是肌肉、最後是骨骼和臟器，人們把被腐蝕的部分用機械替代。
生活在這的年輕人，總是對礦洞以外的世界充滿好奇，因此他們會在每個月，月光最明亮的日子，舉行競逐大賽，這一天為了與地面交易，最頂層的天井會被打開，月光會灑下來，照亮通向地上世界的道路，而最優秀的競逐者，傳說可以穿越層層阻礙，從天井離開，看看月光下的世界，並在太陽升起前回來，或者……再也不回來。
另一方面是惡劣的地下生存環境，也讓地下城誕生了兩派思想，希望離開礦洞的放逐派，和希望堅守礦洞的留守派，放逐派之中流傳着只要離開這裡回到地上就會獲得健康的傳說，留守派則堅稱，回到地上會讓他們灰飛煙滅。
熒、鎢和霞是放逐派的三位領袖。但行為方式有所不同。熒的哥哥是初代放逐派的領袖，當年跟助手天河經過細心謀劃利用星光競逐的機會離開過礦洞，但天河回來了，熒的哥哥卻再也沒有回來。[1]而回來後的天河，脫離了放逐派。
但無論如何，她才是這場競賽的主角。
