《Tell Your World》是由kz(livetune)製作、2012年3月12日將全曲投稿在YouTube的初音未來日文歌曲。是初音未來最著名的代表曲之一。谷歌Chrome瀏覽器廣告曲。

繼女神卡卡（Lady Gaga）、賈斯汀·比伯（Justin Bieber）後，初音未來受邀擔任日本首位谷歌娘瀏覽器Chrome娘形象廣告代言人。在iTunes等在線音樂平台開放下載後即刻拿下日本區榜首。

2011年12月15日，其首次在YouTube頻道GoogleChromeJapan公佈，隨後2012年3月12日公開全曲。《Tell Your World》播出後，引起熱烈討論，來自世界各國的超高詢問度，讓唱片公司TOY'S FACTORY決定將此曲於全球217個國家數字發行，寫下日本歌手史上在最多國家數字發行音樂的紀錄。^[1]另外，本曲YouTube版在2015年達成1000萬再生，但因為並非nico平台發佈的VOCALOID作品，所以沒有被收錄為VOCALOID神話曲。

在日本地區創下「先免費播放，再付費下載」還能拿下榜首的先例。

同期，同名專輯《Tell Your World EP》發行。歌曲收錄於後來的數張初音未來專輯中，並被各種音樂遊戲收錄（maimai、Groove Coaster、初音未來 -歌姬計劃- 系列，Project SEKAI等等）。

這一首歌也開始讓全世界的傳統音樂出版商、音樂家開始重視以虛擬歌手形式活躍的初音未來，以及為她付出的整個社區（音樂，作畫，視頻，網絡傳播等等）。

kz(livetune)的2013年專輯《Re:Dial》帶來了本曲的官方英文版，Tell Your World -English Version-，由初音未來 V3 English演唱，英文由Circus-P和Crypton公司負責調教。

此曲因為其內容、概念和地位，本身也有廣泛的二次創作作品。
