• 全局側邊導航欄中的站點公告若超過一定高度，則會被截斷，用戶點擊展開按鈕即可閱讀全文
• 全局側邊導航欄中的文章目錄最大高度被限制在半屏，以便「相關推薦」欄位的展示
• 優化了點擊文章目錄中錨點連結的行為，現在會跳轉到目標標題的上方一段距離防止標題被全局頂部導航欄擋住，且跳轉將變得更平滑
