《多娜多娜》是白俄罗斯裔犹太作家亞倫·蔡特林（Aaron Zeitlin）戏剧 Esterke 中的一曲，由乌克兰裔犹太音乐家沙隆·塞康達（Sholom Secunda）创作于1940年左右。

歌词描述了待宰的小牛被绑在车上，天空中燕子自由飞过的场面，以牛犊的受困无助比喻犹太人受压迫的社会境况。有人认为本曲反映了犹太大屠杀的悲惨，不过鉴于时间上不匹配，这种说法的可信度不高。

在泛ACG界的应用

早在1964年，作词家涟健儿就为《多娜多娜》翻译了日语版歌词，由男子四人重唱团 Duke Aces 演唱，后更被部分音乐教科书选入，可见其在日本的传唱程度。而在泛ACG界，本曲也有一些应用。

《大家的歌》节目于1966年2-3月播出了《多娜多娜》，此后亦曾重播过数次。

《多娜多娜》出现在电视动画《少女革命》的第16话“幸福的牛铃”（幸せのカウベル）桐生七实的牛化，为片中插曲。

这一集使用了两个不同版本的《多娜多娜》：中部使用的是男性四人合唱团Royal Knights于20世纪70年代录制的版本（第三段歌词为英文）；尾部则使用了NHK东京儿童合唱团演唱的版本。1997年发行的专辑少女革命ウテナ バーチャルスター発生学收录了前者，1998年发行的专辑少女革命ウテナ さあ、私とエンゲージして…则收录了后者。
