• 全局侧边导航栏中的站点公告若超过一定高度，则会被截断，用户点击展开按钮即可阅读全文
• 全局侧边导航栏中的文章目录最大高度被限制在半屏，以便“相关推荐”栏位的展示
• 优化了点击文章目录中锚点链接的行为，现在会跳转到目标标题的上方一段距离防止标题被全局顶部导航栏挡住，且跳转将变得更平滑
